What is the durability of your products?
We offer several vinyl solutions for your needs, but our most common cut vinyl materials are;
PREMIUM vinyl, rated 5 years outdoor durability.
Regular vinyl, rated for 3 years outdoor durability.
If the material starts fading or it peels off, do you offer warranty?
Our materials have a 5 years outdoor durability on premium vinyl and 3 years outdoor durability on regular vinyls.
If color fades on vinyl or its stars to peel off by it self, you will have to notify us within 30 days of installation for us to fix any issues with your decals. After 30 days we will gladly fix any issues at a very low cost.
If the damage occured by scratches or accidents to your vehicle, we can fix it, how ever we will have to charge the pannels or decals being replaced by the square footage.
How long does it take to get my vehicle ready?
Same day installations on window graphics and vinyl lettering depending on work load.
For more complex jobs we usually take about 3 days from start to finish.
After you have approved the design, it usually takes 1 to 2 business days to get the production ready.
We then contact you to schedule the installation.
Installation is usually:
1 hour for window graphics
4 to 6 hours for simple vinyl lettering
8 hours or more for partial wraps depending on the complexity of the job.
2 or more days for full wraps depending on the complexity of the job.
